Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and gear up
- Ages 6+ only
- Children ages 6–15 require supervision by an adult age 18+ at all times, with 1 adult for every 3 children
- Bring the reservation cardholder's ID for verification at check-in
- If the reservation cardholder is absent, a participant must present a credit card and matching ID
- A waiver agreement is required before participating

All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio's discretion.
