- Overly intoxicated passengers cannot board, and smoking is not allowed on the vessel
- Illegal substances, firearms, weapons, fireworks, and explosives are prohibited
- A $150 cleanup fee applies if you vomit on the vessel and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the captain deems weather unfavorable due to lightning, heavy rain, or high winds, your trip may be rescheduled or fully refunded if it can't be rescheduled. No refunds or partial refunds after departure for early returns.

Yes. The United States Coast Guard requires children 6 and under (and children under 7 per the operator notes) to wear an appropriately fitted life jacket while onboard; life jackets are not provided, so bring the right size for your child. Rings and floaties do not count as life jackets.
No. Smoking is not allowed on board the vessel. You may smoke 40 feet away from the vessel.
