Important details
- Anyone operating the boat must have owned a boat and have at least 2 years of consistent boating experience; a boater's license alone does not meet this requirement
- Boat operators born in 1988 or later must have completed a lifetime safe boater course and present their safe boater card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup and released when the boat returns in the same condition
- Fuel is not included. The boat departs with a full tank, and you are charged for the fuel used when it is returned
- Fuel may only be purchased at Captain Pip's Marina unless alternative arrangements were made in advance for a weekly rental
- Everyone staying aboard for the full rental must come to the office to sign a general release

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days ahead for a full refund; single-day rentals have a nonrefundable $100 deposit. Within 7 days, no refund is available, but you may reschedule or keep credit for 1 year. On small craft advisory days, pontoons do not depart; you may upgrade, reschedule, or receive a full refund. Multi-day rentals receive no weather compensation.
