• A boating safety course is required. Out-of-state boating licenses must be unexpired and approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators.

• Stay within the rental boundaries and keep the engine at or below 4,000 revolutions per minute, except for the weather-related safety exception.
• Bring children's life jackets if the provided sizes do not fit.
• Do not use zinc oxide sunscreen on the boat unless medically necessary.
• Arrive at your scheduled pickup time and return the boat at or before your scheduled end time.
