- Children under 12 may ride in a tandem kayak with a parent or guardian age 18+
- Swimming ability required for all renters
- Adult waiver signature required for paddlers under 18
- Life jackets are required near and on the water
- Maximum capacity: 275 lbs for a solo kayak; 450 lbs for a tandem kayak, depending on river and weather conditions
- Return your kayak within two hours of departure; a $10 late fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- All rentals must return by 5:00pm

Same-day cancellations may not receive a refund. No-shows do not receive a refund. If closed due to weather or river conditions, you can receive a refund.
