Know before you go

• Arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time
• Ages 4+ only
• Weight requirement: 35–275 lbs at check-in
• Requires moderate to advanced physical activity, including climbing three flights of stairs and short walks
• Wear closed-toe shoes
• Tie back long hair, secure glasses with a strap, and remove sharp objects from pockets
• Each participant must complete a waiver before check-in
• Children ages 4–12 require a parent or guardian age 18+ on the tour; a parent or guardian must remain on the property for ages 13+
• Pregnant people and those with serious medical conditions or prior back or neck injuries cannot participate
• No alcohol or drugs on the property, and intoxicated participants cannot join the tour
• Pets are not allowed on the tour
• Tours run rain or shine
