- All participants must complete an online waiver before the charter begins
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 10 days before start. Cancel 10 days or less before start and lose $100; no refund within 72 hours. Full refund if the driver cancels for unsafe weather. If unsafe weather ends a started charter, receive a refund for unused time. Boat damage may incur charges up to $500.
