- The renter/operator must be at least 18 years old
- Passengers must be at least 5 years old
- Weight limit: 500 lbs
- A $300 damage deposit is required in person on the day of rental and is not included in the listed price. Bring a Visa or MasterCard credit card for the deposit; cash, debit cards, and American Express are not accepted
- Stay inside the harbor. Fishing is not allowed on this boat
- A 2-hour minimum rental applies on weekends from May 1–October 31. Minimum rental periods may increase during holidays, busy periods, or short staffing
- Arrive 30 minutes before your start time with your entire party
Cancellation Policy
Give 7 days' notice for changes or cancellations of rentals of 3+ hours, or 24 hours for shorter rentals. Holiday and holiday-weekend cancellations require 7 days' notice; multiple-boat rentals require 14 days. Late changes or cancellations forfeit the 50% rental deposit for rentals of 3+ hours; shorter rentals incur a 50% charge. No-shows incur a 50% charge.
