Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. Your charter starts at the scheduled time, and late time generally cannot be made up
- Remove your shoes on board. Clean white-soled shoes are required if you have a medical exception or cannot remove them
- Do not bring spray sunscreen, tanning oil, or sunscreen with colorant
- You are responsible for repairing or replacing damage caused by you or your party
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 14 days before departure for a full refund. Cancel 7–14 days before departure for a 50% fee, or reschedule subject to availability. Within 7 days, reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Light rain, overcast skies, and cool temperatures do not qualify for cancellation. If the operator cancels for unsafe conditions, choose a reschedule date or full refund.
