Same-day cancellations may be rebooked for a different day or may not receive a refund. If the operator closes due to weather or river conditions, you may rebook or receive a refund. No-shows do not receive a refund.

FAQs
Yes. Everyone who rents must know how to swim (as noted on your waiver). Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
You must be 12+ to paddle your own kayak. If you’re under 12, you can share a tandem kayak or canoe with someone age 18 or older (tandem boats are not available at Schlitz Park).
