- Primary renter must be age 21+ with a valid driver's license
- A valid driver's license is required to operate the vehicle
- Complete the online waiver before arrival
- Wear closed-toe shoes for the ride
- Riders under 16 must ride with a parent or legal guardian
- Requires sitting upright with a seatbelt fastened throughout the ride
- Riders must sit securely with feet on the floor and the seatbelt properly fastened
- Combined passenger weight cannot exceed the vehicle manufacturer's rating
- A $1,000 credit-card hold per rented unit is required
- Return the unit with a full tank and receipt; a $4.50-per-gallon fuel charge applies otherwise and is not included in the listed price
- Late returns incur a $50-per-hour fee not included in the listed price
- Later pick-up times until 8 PM incur a $50-per-hour fee not included in the listed price
- Stay on authorized trails; off-trail riding, deep-water crossings, and towing are prohibited unless authorized

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before rental for a full refund. Cancel 3–6 days before rental for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are reviewed case by case.

Wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a long-sleeve shirt. Bring water, snacks, a light jacket or sweatshirt, bug spray, sunscreen, and a small backpack for essentials.
This rental is not recommended during pregnancy and is not suitable for people with back, neck, or serious medical conditions. Riders must sit upright with feet on the floor and a seatbelt properly fastened throughout the ride.
A cleaning fee applies if the side-by-side is returned excessively dirty.
