Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless the operator cancels for weather or safety concerns. If unsafe weather causes the operator to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or help rescheduling. Rentals operate in most conditions. No-shows are charged in full.

Yes. A floating cooler is available for $25 per float, in addition to the listed rental price.
Bring water shoes or secure sandals, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, water, and snacks. Food, drinks, dry bags, and waterproof cases aren't included. Bring a waterproof phone case or dry bag for valuables, plus a towel and change of clothes if desired.
