- You must be 21 or older and hold a valid United States-issued driver's license to rent
- If you are 21 or older without a valid watercraft operator's permit, Minnesota requires a watercraft rental course to rent or operate the pontoon
- The operator may not consume alcohol, and kegs are not allowed
- No pets are allowed; registered service animals require proper paperwork
- Do not exceed the boat's capacity; overloading ends the rental and incurs a $200 fee not included in the listed price
- You are responsible for damage; charges not included in the listed price range from $100–$250 for a prop, $400–$1,200 for the canopy, $50 per missing personal flotation device, and $200–$400 for a damaged ladder
- A $50 cleaning fee applies if the boat needs extra cleaning, and an $80–$140 service fee plus parts applies when assistance is needed for an issue not caused by the marina

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook 14+ days before your rental with no penalty. Cancellations 7–13 days before forfeit the deposit; cancellations within 7 days are charged in full. No refunds for late check-ins, early returns, weather, illness, or car problems. Rentals may be postponed for severe weather before departure.
