Know before you go

• Arrive for pickup between 9 am and 4 pm
• Return the pontoon on the final day at the same time as pickup
• A valid driver's license and homeowners or renters insurance declaration page are required before departure
• Minnesota residents ages 18+ need a Minnesota Boater Education Permit to operate, unless exempt with a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved boating safety certificate
• Out-of-state residents operating on Minnesota waters for 60 days or less are exempt from the permit requirement
• Additional fuel is not included in the listed price and costs the fuel price plus a $25 public-access delivery and refill surcharge, charged to the card on file
• Do not add fuel to the watercraft before returning it
• Return all items in rented condition; you are responsible for missing or damaged items
• Do not operate the watercraft while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Return to shore if severe weather develops; if unable, seek a protected cove or shoreline and anchor the bow into the wind
