Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook 14 or more days before your booking with no penalty. Cancellations 7–13 days before have a penalty; cancellations less than 7 days before are charged in full. No refunds for late check-ins, early returns, changes of plans, illness, weather, or car problems. Severe weather before departure may be postponed and rescheduled within 30 days, subject to availability.
FAQs
You forfeit time on the water if you arrive late, and the floating dock must still be returned at the scheduled time.
You are responsible for damage. Avoid logs, rocks, and shallow spots, and do not leave the ladder down.
