Cancellation Policy
Cancellations over 48 hours before departure forfeit $100; within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Shortening a rental within 48 hours incurs a 50% fee on the canceled portion. Rain, showers, clouds or unfavorable forecasts do not automatically qualify for cancellation. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather and cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.
