- Ages 21+ only; a valid US-issued driver's license is required to rent
- Complete the mandatory Minnesota watercraft rental course if you do not already have a valid watercraft operator's permit
- No pets; registered service animals require proper paperwork
- Do not operate after consuming alcohol, and do not bring kegs
- Overloading ends the rental and carries a $200 fee not included in the listed price
- Damage charges are not included: propeller $100-$250, canopy $400-$1,000, ladder $200-$400 or $400 if lost, and $50 per missing personal flotation device
- Expect a $50 cleaning charge for extra cleaning and an $80 service charge plus parts for non-marina-related assistance

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before with no penalty. Cancellations 7–13 days before have a cancellation penalty. Cancellations less than 7 days before are charged in full. No refunds for late check-ins, early returns, changed plans, illness, weather, or car problems. Unsafe severe weather before departure may be postponed.
