- A watercraft rental course is mandatory for renters and operators; certification is valid for 180 days and intended for those without a valid watercraft operator's permit

- No alcohol is permitted for the watercraft operator, and kegs are not allowed
- Do not overload the boat; overloading incurs a $200 fee and ends the rental
- The listed price does not include damage fees: propeller $100–$250, canopy $400–$1,000, ladder $200–$400, or lost ladder $400

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 14 or more days before have no penalty. Cancellation fees apply 7–13 days before. Cancellations less than 7 days before are nonrefundable. No refunds for late check-ins, early returns, illness, weather, or car problems. Severe weather before departure may be postponed and rescheduled within 30 days, subject to availability.
