Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Your charter begins at the scheduled time, and late time generally cannot be made up
- Remove your shoes while onboard. Clean white-soled shoes are permitted for medical or other exceptions
- You are responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage caused to the yacht or its contents by your party

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 14 days before your charter for a full refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before are subject to a 50% fee; rescheduling is subject to availability. Within 7 days, reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Light rain, overcast skies, or cooler temperatures do not qualify for cancellation. If the captain deems conditions unsafe, your charter may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled; choose a new date or a full refund.
