- A first-time charter with Naos Yachts, or chartering a different boat size, requires a skills evaluation. It costs $250 for up to 2 hours, not included; additional time is $125 per hour
- Captain services are not included. If you use a captain, captain fees are settled directly; the amount is not specified
- For charters over 2 days, refuel before return or use the refueling service. It costs $50 plus fuel, not included
- For multi-day charters without linens, bring bedding, pillows, and toiletries. Bring food and beverages
- Linens cost $200 per boat, not included. Early boarding or sleeping aboard the prior evening costs $250, not included
- Empty the trash before leaving the boat
- You are responsible for the insurance deductible if an accident occurs

Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before start: deposit fees are nonrefundable. Between 7 and 3 days: 50% is nonrefundable. Less than 3 days: 100% is nonrefundable. Dangerous weather may be rescheduled. 100% refund if Naos Yachts cancels.
