Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Your charter starts at the scheduled time, and late time generally cannot be made up
- Remove your shoes onboard. If you cannot do so for a medical or other reason, wear clean white-soled shoes and let the crew know
- Do not bring spray sunscreen, tanning oil, or sunscreen with colorant
- You are responsible for repairing or replacing damage caused by you or your party

Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before: cancel or reschedule for a full refund. 7–14 days: cancellations have a 50% fee; rescheduling is subject to availability. Within 7 days: nonrefundable, no rescheduling. Light rain, clouds, or cool temperatures do not qualify. Unsafe weather may delay, reschedule, or cancel the charter; if canceled for unsafe conditions, choose a new date or a full refund.
