- Arrive on time; charter time begins at the scheduled departure time
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Remove your shoes onboard; clean white-soled shoes are permitted for medical exceptions
- Do not bring spray sunscreen, tanning oil, or sunscreen with colorant
- You are responsible for damage caused by you or your party; red wine stains incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee
- An optional stewardess costs $50 per hour and is not included in the listed price; a 15–20% crew gratuity is customary for excellent service

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 14 days before your charter for a full refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; rescheduling is subject to availability. Within 7 days, reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If unsafe weather cancels the charter, choose a reschedule or full refund.
