- Complete the participant waiver before departure
- Life jackets are required for children under 13
- Do not bring red wine, cranberry juice, or other items that could stain the deck
- Keep wine bottles and other glassware in the galley
- Do not bring balloons, sparklers, confetti, production equipment, lighting, or DJ equipment
- No smoking or pets
- Credit card authorization is required
- An additional $75 charge applies for every 15 minutes of charter-time extension

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days before start. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours are non-refundable. If you end the charter early, the remaining balance is non-refundable. Severe weather warnings within 12 hours may require rescheduling.
