- First-time charters or charters on a different boat size require a skills evaluation: $250 for up to 2 hours, plus $125 per additional hour
- Captain service, if needed, is not included in the listed price; you’ll pay captain fees directly
- For charters longer than 2 days, refueling is your responsibility; refueling service costs $50 plus fuel
- You are responsible for the insurance deductible in the event of an accident

Cancellation Policy
Deposit fees are nonrefundable up to 1 week before start. Between 7 and 3 days before start, 50% is nonrefundable. Less than 3 days before start, 100% is nonrefundable. Dangerous weather will be rescheduled. Full refund if Naos Yachts cancels.
