- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; the charter begins and ends at the scheduled times
- Complete the charter agreement, provide a photo ID, and ensure every passenger completes the required waivers before boarding
- A $250 security-deposit hold is placed on your card for damages or excessive cleaning
- Expect a $250 cleaning fee for excessive messes or clogged toilets
- Remove and stow shoes once onboard; bring socks if needed
- Ages 21+ only for alcoholic beverages; no glass beer bottles, red wine, red drinks, red cake, or red curry
- No smoking or marijuana onboard; responsible vaping is allowed
- Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included; the suggested amount is 15–20% for excellent service, or at least $200 total

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before departure for a full refund; cancellations less than 30 days before departure are nonrefundable. Receive a full refund or reschedule if unsafe weather cancels the charter or if your time slot is filled.
