Tickets are non-refundable. One complimentary change per ticket is allowed up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes or refunds within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters the trip for weather or operational reasons, choose a comparable departure or a full refund.
