Tickets are non-refundable. Make one complimentary change per ticket up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes are $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes, cancellations, or refunds within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters the trip due to weather, mechanical, wildfire, or operational reasons, choose a comparable departure or a full ticket-price refund.
