Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. One complimentary change per ticket is allowed up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes or refunds are permitted within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters the train due to weather or operational reasons, choose rebooking or a full ticket-price refund.
