Important details
- Alcoholic beverages are available only to ages 21+ with valid identification. Bring valid identification if you plan to drink alcohol
- A maximum of two alcoholic drinks per person applies during the excursion
- Pick up your tickets no later than 30 minutes before departure. The train cannot wait for late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; unused tickets are non-refundable. Changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes or cancellations within 24 hours of departure. If the operator cancels or materially alters the train for weather or operational reasons, choose rebooking on a comparable departure or a full refund of the ticket price. Processing fees are non-refundable.
