Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Make one complimentary change per ticket up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes, cancellations, or refunds within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters your train for weather, mechanical, wildfire, or operational reasons, choose rebooking or a full ticket-price refund.
FAQs
Wear layers and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Bring a jacket in late summer and fall, plus sunscreen and a ball cap. Coaches are not heated.
