You cannot board until all guests have arrived. No smoking, pets, balloons, sparklers, or confetti, and no production, lighting, or DJ equipment. Gratuity is customary at 10%–20% based on your experience.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations up to 3 days before the booking start time. Cancellations within 72 days of the booking start time are non-refundable. Severe weather warnings within 12 hours: we reserve the right to reschedule. Any cancellation or no show within 72 hours results in the complete balance due.
