- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in
- Wear comfortable shoes for rough terrain and a 72-step climb from the dock, with a rest stop
- Strollers and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on the island
- Babes in arms and children in carriers are not allowed on Bannerman Island
- Every passenger requires a boat seat, regardless of age
- Bring your own food only for eating on the boat; picnicking is not allowed on the island
- Only service dogs as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are allowed on the island
- Use the composting toilets on Bannerman Island; no restroom is available at the dock

No refunds or rescheduling. If the captain cancels due to weather, you may reschedule to another date. Tours run rain or shine.

Park at the Beacon Train Station parking lot. Parking is free from Friday at 6 pm through Sunday evening and metered at other times.
