Things to know
Bring a valid ID and a credit card for security at check-in. Bikes must be returned by closing time (Nov–Mar 9AM–5PM; Apr–Oct 9AM–7PM). Children must be at least 1 year old for bikes or attachments, riders under 18 need an adult to check in and sign, and riders 300 lb and over cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
Notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental receive a full credit for the amount paid.
