- A $200 overloading fee applies if maximum capacity is exceeded, and the rental ends immediately
- Damage charges are not included in the listed price: propeller $100–$250, canopy $400–$1,000, ladder $200–$400, lost ladder $400, and missing personal flotation devices $50 each
- A $50 cleaning fee applies if the boat requires extra cleaning beyond its return condition
- An $80 service fee plus parts applies if assistance is needed for an issue not caused by the marina

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your booking with no penalty. Cancel 7–13 days before and forfeit the deposit; cancel within 7 days and be charged in full. No refunds for late check-ins, early returns, change of plans, illness, weather, or car problems. Severe conditions before departure may be postponed and rescheduled within 30 days, subject to availability.
