Important details
- Renters must be ages 21+ and hold a valid United States-issued driver's license
- Operators ages 21+ need the mandatory watercraft rental course unless they already hold a valid watercraft operator's permit; course certification is valid for 180 days
- Do not consume alcohol while operating the watercraft, and do not bring kegs
- No pets are allowed; registered service animals require proper paperwork
- Do not exceed the listed capacity; a $200 over-capacity charge applies and the rental is forfeited
- Return the boat in the same or similar condition to avoid a $50 cleaning charge, not included in the listed price
- Damage charges not included in the listed price apply: propeller $100–$250, canopy $400–$1,000, ladder damage $200–$400, or lost ladder $400
- Keep the ladder raised when underway; missing personal flotation devices are charged at $50 each
- An $80 service charge plus parts applies if staff assistance is needed for an issue not caused by the marina
- Unauthorized pets result in a $200 charge plus a $50 cleaning charge, along with any damage charges

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days ahead with no penalty. Cancellations 7–13 days ahead forfeit the deposit; cancellations under 7 days are charged in full. No refunds for late check-ins, early returns, change of plans, illness, weather, or car problems. Severe weather before departure may postpone the rental, subject to availability.

Return to the marina if possible. If you cannot return, seek shelter in a cove or along a protected shoreline and anchor the boat from the bow into the wind.
