- A watercraft rental course is mandatory; certification is valid for 180 days
- Do not exceed the boat's maximum capacity; overloading ends the rental and carries a $200 fee
- The operator must not consume alcohol, and kegs are not allowed
- Pets are not allowed; registered service animals require proper paperwork
- Damage charges are not included in the listed price: propeller $100-$250, canopy $400-$1,000, missing personal flotation devices $50 each, and ladder damage $200-$400 or $400 if lost
- A $50 cleaning fee applies if the boat needs extra cleaning, and an $80 service fee plus parts applies for non-operator-fault callouts

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before with no penalty. Cancellations 7–13 days before incur a penalty; cancellations within 7 days are nonrefundable. No refunds for late check-in, early return, illness, weather, or car problems. Unsafe severe weather before departure may postpone the rental.
