Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. One complimentary change per ticket is available up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes are $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters the train for weather, mechanical, wildfire, or operational reasons, choose rebooking or a full ticket refund.
