Cancellation Policy
Change or cancel up to 24 hours before start. Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee. No-shows: 100% fee. Late arrivals of 15+ minutes: 50% fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to adverse weather and you cannot reschedule, with no service fee penalty.
