- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; the boat leaves on time
- Requires climbing 72 steps from the dock to the historic trail and event space; not ADA accessible
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Babes in arms or carriers are not allowed on Bannerman Island
- Every passenger, regardless of age, requires a seat on the boat
- Bring comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
- No outside food or drinks, alcohol, or smoking are permitted on the island
- Only ADA-defined service dogs are allowed
- Use the composting toilets on the island; there is no restroom at the Beacon dock

No refunds or rescheduling. You may transfer your ticket to someone else. Runs rain or shine. If the captain cancels before departure because conditions are too bad, you may reschedule.
