Change or cancel at least 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee; no-shows are charged 100%. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more incur a 50% fee. If a flight is canceled due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. The pilot makes the final go/no-go decision.
