- Haleakalā reaches 10,023 feet above sea level and may cause discomfort at high elevation
- Not recommended if your medical provider has advised against high-altitude travel
- Some Upcountry attractions involve uneven terrain, gravel paths, inclines, or extended standing
- Lunch is not included and is paid directly at the restaurant
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel more than 15 days before departure. Receive a 90% refund when you cancel 14 days to 72 hours before departure. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows. Tours operate rain or shine. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
