Marina del Rey
LEI consistently delivers memorable experiences on the water, with reviewers praising everything from their beautiful, well-maintained fleet to their professional crews. Nicole gets frequent shout-outs for being communicative and helpful during the booking process, while captains like Alex, Jimmy, Trevor, and Guy earn high marks for being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The catamarans are a huge hit, with multiple guests noting they're even more spacious than the photos suggest. Many reviewers mention this is perfect for celebrations like birthdays and bachelorettes, especially since you can bring your own food and wine or book one of their recommended private chefs. The crew clearly goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable, helping with music setup, taking photos, and sharing local knowledge. Several people are already repeat customers or planning their next trip, which speaks volumes. One guest did mention a late departure due to a dock booking mix-up that cut into their chartered time, but this seems to be an isolated incident in an otherwise stellar track record. Overall, this is a solid choice for anyone wanting a luxurious yet fun day on the water.
