Change or cancel at least 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee; no-shows are charged 100%. Late arrivals of 15+ minutes may be charged 50%. If the pilot cancels due to weather and you cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund. All flights are subject to weather and ATC limitations.
Yes, advance reservations are suggested; same day reservations are available on a space available basis.
