- Renter and all drivers must be ages 25+; strong prior boat-driving experience is required
- Follow Minnesota boating laws; a copy is kept under the steering helm

- Complete the rental waiver and accept responsibility for damage to the boat or equipment
- Fuel used is not included in the listed price; replace the fuel you use
- Expect a credit-card processing fee not included in the listed price
- Return on time: more than 10 minutes late incurs a $30 charge plus $5 for every additional 5 minutes; over 1 hour late incurs a half-day rental charge
- Use only the designated dock for loading and unloading
- Do not smoke or bring pets; use charcoal-free grills only off the watercraft

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your reservation for a full refund minus the booking fee, or reschedule. Reschedule 4–13 days before with no refund. No refunds or rescheduling within 3 days of your reservation.

Weather cancellations receive a credit toward another rental. A refund may be available if you live more than 75 miles from Lake City. Cloudy or overcast conditions do not qualify for cancellation; rain must continue throughout the rental. Weather decisions are made on the day of the rental.
