- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and breathable, comfortable clothing
- Tie back hair below shoulder length
- Use Google Maps for directions; GPS may be unreliable, and Apple Maps should not be used
- Tours may end early when guides determine weather conditions are unsafe

Full refund with 72 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows.
