Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days ahead and your deposit is nonrefundable. Within 7 days, no refunds are issued; you may reschedule once within 6 months, subject to availability. Within 48 hours, all payments are nonrefundable and rescheduling is not guaranteed. Full refund if the operator cancels for unsafe conditions.
