The 20% deposit is nonrefundable. Cancel more than 7 days ahead and no additional payment is due. Within 7 days, no refunds are issued; you may reschedule once within 6 months, subject to availability. Within 48 hours, all payments are nonrefundable. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels for unsafe weather, safety, or mechanical issues.
