Itinerary
- You arrive at Group 3 Helicopters location
- Enter lobby and received by owners, check in at front desk and sign in, check identification and sign release waivers
- Meet your pilot and proceed out to the helicopter
- The pilot will complete your safety brief and before boarding there is time for photos
- Each person will wear a headset allowing conversations with each other and the pilot
- After the helicopter is started and checks completed the flight will depart for the tour.
- Along the flight route the pilot will point out different points of interest and landmarks and there are plenty of opportunities to join in a conversation.
- On return and landing the pilot will assist you with exiting the helicopter and escort you back to the car park completing the helicopter tour

- Flight routes may change due to weather, air traffic control, or airspace restrictions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 24 hours before start to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and late arrivals of 15 minutes or more incur a 50% fee. No-shows incur a 100% fee. If the flight is canceled due to adverse weather and you cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
