Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Your charter starts at the scheduled time, and late arrival time may not be made up
- Shoes must be removed onboard. Medical exceptions allow clean white-soled shoes
- Spray sunscreen, tanning oil, and sunscreen with colorant are not permitted onboard
- You are responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage caused by your party. Red wine stains trigger a minimum $300 cleaning fee
- A 15–20% crew gratuity is customary for excellent service and is not included
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 14 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before departure incur a 50% fee; rescheduling is subject to availability. Within 7 days, reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Light rain, clouds, or cool temperatures do not qualify. If the captain cancels for unsafe conditions, choose a reschedule or full refund.
