Full refund with 72 hours cancellation notice before departure. Requests made within 72 hours of tour start time are non-refundable. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Dress in layers and prepare for warm and sunny or cool and wet conditions. Wear comfortable, sturdy footwear with good-quality soles (waterproof hiking boots or tall rubber boots work well). Bring sunglasses; you can also wear a baseball cap or winter beanie under your helmet. Helmets and ice cleats are provided and required on the glacier.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available at Anchorage hotel locations only. Pick-up is not available for private residences (such as an Airbnb or VRBO) or at Alyeska Resort; if you’re staying at one of those locations, the office will confirm a pick-up location.
