Cancel or change at least 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows incur a 100% fee. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more incur a 50% fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to adverse weather and you cannot reschedule.
